Ticket Types
ASPRS MEMBER – $350 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $400 after 8/15/15
This category offers a reduced admission fee for people who are ASPRS members. You will be prompted to enter your ASPRS member number to successfully acquire this ticket. All memberships will be validated. To become a member and take advantage of this reduced admission price, follow the instructions provided below to obtain your member number.
NON-ASPRS MEMBER – $400 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $450 after 8/15/15
This is the general admission ticket for all attendees who are not students and who are not members of ASPRS. Please consider joining ASPRS. Information on obtaining ASPRS membership is provided below.
ASPRS STUDENT MEMBER – $100 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $125 after 8/15/15
This category offers a reduced admission fee for ASPRS student members. Students can apply for ASPRS student membership, please reference the information below. Completion of the membership application and receipt of a membership number will be required in order to take advantage of this reduced admission.
STUDENT NON-ASPRS MEMBER – $125 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $150 after 8/15/15
This category offers a reduced admission fee for students. Student ID will be verified prior to the event.
BOOTH EXHIBITOR – $650 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $700 after 8/15/15
This is the fee to reserve an exhibit booth (8’ X 10’) for the event in the Reno Ballroom Exhibit Hall. Each booth provides up to two complimentary registrations. You will be prompted to enter the contact information for your first complimentary registration on this ticket.
EXHIBIT BOOTH – 2ND REGISTRANT – $0
This ticket is to be used to enter the contact information for the 2nd complimentary registration provided to booth exhibitors.
SPECIAL NOTE for BOOTH REGISTRATION: The EventBrite site only allows one name per ticket, therefore booth registrations require entering the first person’s contact information under the Booth Exhibitor ticket and the second contact information under the “free” ticket called “Exhibit Booth – 2nd Registrant”.
TABLE-TOP EXHIBITOR – $500 (Early-Bird Rate – prior to 8/15/15), $550 after 8/15/15
This is the fee to reserve table-top exhibit space for the event in the Reno Ballroom Exhibit Hall. Each 8’ table will be shared by two exhibitors. Table top exhibitors are provided one complimentary registration. You will be prompted to enter the contact information for your complimentary registration on this ticket. All table-top exhibitors will be promoted in online and onsite programs.

If you are not currently an ASPRS member and would like to join, we welcome you to the organization! Being a member provides many benfits, such as:
- Participation with a large body of professionals in the UAS, lidar, mapping, remote sensing and GIS profession.
- Receipt of the PE&RS scientific journal.
- Networking, mentor programs, and young professional programs.
Membership dues for one year are:
Active Member: $150
Student Member: $50 ($0 using our symposium promotion)
Important Information
Badges: The contact information that you enter on a ticket in EventBrite will be the name and company information that will be printed on badges.
Tickets: Please bring a copy of your ticket (either printed or mobile) for confirmation at on-site registration.
Questions on Registration?
Will I be able to edit my information on my ticket after I register?
Yes. Your eventbrite account will be linked to your email address. It is a simple process to access EventBrite using www.eventbrite.com and log-in using your email address to access “My Tickets”.
Am I able to obtain a refund if I cannot attend?
Yes. A full refund is available to you under the EventBrite website.
I have already registered for a Exhibit Booth and entered one registrant. How do I register my 2nd registrant?
Simply place an order for “Exhibit Booth – 2nd Registrant” and be sure to use the same company name as that entered under the Booth Registration ticket.
When will the Early Bird registration end and what is the price difference?
Early-bird registration ends on 8/15/2015.
I am applying for a new ASPRS membership. Will I receive my member number soon enough to be able to obtain a reduced price ticket?
Yes. ASPRS will process applications quickly and provide a member number back to you by email within 4-6 working days from receipt of your application. If you have any questions regarding your application contact:
